Every training institute claims its students get jobs. We would rather let ours speak.
Below are seven video interviews from our YouTube channel and ten written reviews our alumni left on Google. None of the reviews were written for this article. They were written by people who had finished their course and felt like saying something, which is the only kind of testimonial worth reading.
We have grouped them by starting point, so you can find the person whose situation most resembles yours.
"I don't have a B.Tech"
This is the doubt we hear most often, so it goes first.
Anjanee Singh, an Arts graduate who finished college in 2024, asked the question everyone asks: "Can I work in an IT company, that too an MNC?" People told her many B.Techs were struggling, so how would she get in. In her words: "I listened to my mentor at SHA, and here is the great news: I got my first ever job in the IT industry at an MNC."
Ananya Verma completed a BBA in 2023, tried freelancing, and took several courses that did not lead anywhere. "I faced repeated rejections." After training with us she was placed as an Oracle Database Administrator at an MNC on a package of 6 LPA.
Sahil Middya came from a completely non-IT background and "never imagined I could build a career in IT, let alone be an employee in an IT company within 6 months of internship." His verdict: "If I can make it from a non-IT background to an MNC, anyone who follows their process can succeed."
Ashutosh Mishra had spent seven years in a non-IT field. "I was unsure if I could ever transition into IT." He is now on an Oracle DBA career path and describes the training as "a life-changing experience."

"I have a degree, but no job"
An engineering degree is not a job offer, as thousands of graduates discover every year.
Souvik Ghosh holds a B.Tech in computer science and went five years without a job. Within months of structured training and interview preparation he was working as a software engineer. His interview is the first video below.
The second video is a B.Tech electrical engineering graduate who was told, as most non-CS engineers are, that he was "not IT". He now works in a core IT software role.
"I've been away too long"
Soumyendu Panda found us almost eight years after graduating, having worked night shifts in tech support the whole time. "Thanks to the guidance from the institute I went through the interview process and could crack it eventually." He thanks his coach, Saroj Sir, "for not giving up on me."
Career gaps are one of our specialities. We have placed parents returning to work and people whose last job ended years ago. The gap is explained, not hidden, and the lab work gives you something current to talk about.
"I want to specialise in Oracle Cloud"
Atri RJ chose our OCI course because "in this multi-cloud era, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is one of the most in-demand public clouds." The faculty's "hands-on scenarios and deep technical insight" helped him crack the interview. He is now a senior OCI administrator at an MNC.
Bipul Chaurasia on the same course: "The hands-on labs and practical exercises allowed me to apply what I learned immediately. Highly recommended!"
"I'm starting from absolute zero"
Deepa Dhiman: "The trainers teach everything from scratch, so even if you are a complete beginner you can understand every concept." She names each trainer and what they gave her: Saroj Sir's attention to every student, Upendra Sir's career guidance, Sanjay Sir's foundation in Linux and SQL.
Mona Marwaha completed the Oracle Foundation course and "gained a solid foundation in Oracle database administration and a deeper understanding of database concepts."
Souvik Mitra summed up the DBA program: "From hands-on training to mock interviews to live projects, they're doing a great job for people like us. You just need to be serious."
What these stories have in common
Read them again and a pattern appears:
- Nobody started with the skill they now work in. Not one of these people was an Oracle DBA or cloud engineer before they walked in.
- Almost everyone had been told no. By family, by recruiters, by their own doubt.
- Everyone mentions hands-on work. Labs, live projects, real scenarios. Nobody credits a lecture.
- Most mention a person by name. A trainer or mentor who did not give up on them. That is not something a recorded video course can offer.
- The job came from a process, not luck: training, CV preparation, mock interviews, then placement support until the offer.
