SHA Career Hub was created for graduates who want to build a career in core IT — even when their academic background, previous experience, or career journey has not been technical.

Our approach comes from years of working in real-world IT environments, not simply from delivering training. Our programs are designed around the skills, technical foundation, problem-solving ability, and professional readiness that graduates need to develop to pursue roles in today's IT industry.

We understand that starting an IT career is not the same for everyone. Some graduates are starting from a non-technical background. Some have years of experience outside IT. Others have tried before but could not make the transition successfully. SHA Career Hub exists to help such graduates understand where they stand, identify the right IT career path, build the required technical foundation, and work systematically toward becoming industry-ready.

Our career programs focus on areas such as Cloud, Databases, Data & Analytics, and other core IT technologies, with learning delivered through structured guidance, practical scenarios, hands-on exposure, mentoring, and career preparation.

We don't believe that watching a course or collecting certificates alone creates an IT professional. Real career transformation requires the right direction, consistent learning, practical capability, and the ability to demonstrate what you know.

SHA Career Hub is the career and training division of SHA Infotech Solution Pvt. Ltd., an IT services company working across database, cloud, and analytics technologies. This connection gives our learning approach a strong practical foundation and helps us keep our programs aligned with real-world IT work.
