12 years of turning potential into performance
SHA Career Hub started in 2014 with a simple conviction: with the right teacher, the right structure and real accountability, anyone motivated can build an IT career — regardless of the degree they started with.
Our story
Built by engineers, not marketers
We began as Oracle database specialists — running real production systems and remote DBA support for businesses. Teaching grew out of that practice: the same engineers who solve production incidents by day train our students by evening. That's why our programs feel different from video-course platforms — the depth is real, the scenarios are real, and the people teaching you are practitioners first.
Today we run career programs across cloud (AWS, Azure, OCI), database architecture and data science from our centres in Kolkata and Pune, with students attending live from all over India. One thing hasn't changed since 2014: we measure ourselves by one number — how many of our students get placed.
SHA Career Hub is the training division of SHA Infotech Solution Pvt. Ltd. — the Oracle database, cloud and analytics services company whose engineers teach here. When you learn with us, you learn from people who run production systems for real clients.
