Non-IT degrees. Career gaps. First jobs. Every story here started with the same doubt you might be feeling — and ended with an offer letter. Read their words, and where there is one, watch the interview.
I had a great learning experience at SHA Infotech Solution Pvt Ltd. Coming from a Mechanical Engineering background and working as a Customer Support Associate for almost 7 years, switching to Oracle DBA felt challenging. But the trainers made the journey much easier.
Sanjay Sir explained SQL and Linux in a very simple way, which helped me build a strong foundation. Saroj Sir's Oracle DBA sessions were excellent—he always made sure everyone understood the concepts before moving ahead. Anish Sir and Dhiraj Sir helped a lot with PT sessions and mock interviews, which really improved my confidence and interview skills. A special thanks to Upendra Sir for guiding me throughout my career transition and helping me make the right decisions.
What I liked the most about SHA is that their support doesn't stop after the course. They continue to guide students with mock interviews, feedback, and placement support until they get opportunities.
If you're serious about building a career in Oracle DBA, I would definitely recommend SHA. Thank you to the entire SHA team for all the guidance and support!

It was an excellent learning experience studying OCI Cloud under such an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, Darsh Sir. The sessions were well-structured, starting from fundamental concepts and gradually progressing to intermediate and advanced topics, making it easy to follow and build a strong foundation.
What stood out the most was the use of real-world examples, which made complex topics much more practical and engaging. Concepts like 3-tier architecture, hub-and-spoke networking, security, and automation using Terraform were explained with great clarity.
Overall, a highly insightful and enriching training experience. Highly recommended—5 stars.

I thoroughly enjoyed the OCI course. The content was well-structured and covered all essential topics in detail. The instructor explanations were clear, and real-world examples helped make complex concepts easier to understand. I especially appreciated the hands-on labs and practical exercises, which allowed me to apply what I learned immediately. This course has greatly enhanced my understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and I feel much more confident in using it moving forward. Highly recommended! Thank you Darsh, Ayushi and Upendra sir.

Hi All,
I, Imran Ahmed, having worked across Indian and UK as Telecom Engineer, wanted to change my career and hence decided to move into IT. I came to Kolkata with having on 2.5 months of time to learn Oracle Database Administration.
I visited couple of training Institutes looked at their infrastructure and teachers but when I came to OracleStartup (Training division of SHA INFOTECH) and met Mr. Asim Bhowmick who took time to listen to my issue and introduced me to Mr Nikhil who asserted that He would give time to my learning but in return I need to work hard. I was captivated with the time at initial meeting and precision of the training and hence decided to learn Oracle with OracleStartup.
It proved to be a wise decision when I turn around and look now; I was given EVERYDAY CLASS for 4-5 hours almost 7 days in a week unlike other institute which only offered weekend class. This was done keeping in mind my requirement of learning Oracle within 2.5 month even though being a complete novice in core IT.
Consultant and Nikhil Sir, not only gave us time but also their passion and dedication towards us so that we can master Oracle. Repeated question does not frustrate them but they take it in their stride and answer them. No training institute in Kolkata would also prepare you for interview which they does. Regular job based and scenario-based interview in real life was conducted by people who are working across many IT company as DBA. This instills the real-life question and confidence for people like me who have no idea about IT.
I started learning in from middle of October and by the end of December I am now confident that I am applying for jobs from 3-5 years experience here in Canada and UK as DBA.
Even now while writing and being abroad we have classes with Sir, so that we don’t forget, and they are pushing us and motivating us for job.
Under their guidance we are now able to spread out wings and look beyond the horizon and feel yes we are capable of answering all the questions along with doing DBA activity.
None of the training institute would put so much effort into a student learning. I used to feel at home while learning. Many institutes would close their door for people who have left but Sir is still giving us revision class even when we thousands of miles away.
At last: Thank you team of SHA for all help and your passion about teaching and that to such a advance Technology along with Oracle Live practice session with the consultant working as a DBA for more than 15 years or so.
Thanks
Imran Ahmed

Can I work in an IT company, that too an MNC? A few months back it was just a dream, because I do not have a B.Tech degree and I am an Arts graduate who passed out in 2024.
